REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

At TalentServ Sports Private Limited (“TalentServ”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), we are committed to providing reliable and efficient software solutions through our product Acadware, a sports academy management platform designed to simplify and enhance academy operations.

This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the terms related to subscription cancellations, payments, and refunds for our software services.

  1. Subscription Cancellation

Customers may request cancellation of their Acadware subscription at any time by contacting our support team through the official communication channels provided on our website.

Upon cancellation:

  • The subscription will remain active until the end of the current paid billing period.
  • No further charges will be applied after the cancellation date.
  • Customers will continue to have access to the subscribed services until the expiry of the active subscription period.
  1. Refund Policy

Since Acadware provides digital software services, subscription access, and technology solutions, payments made towards subscription plans are generally non-refundable once the service has been activated.

However, refund requests may be considered under the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate payment due to technical issues.
  • Payment deducted but service activation was not completed due to an error from our end.
  • Any other exceptional case approved after internal review.

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days from the date of payment along with relevant transaction details.

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method. The time taken for the refund to reflect in the customer’s account may vary depending on the payment gateway, bank, or financial institution.

  1. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be applicable in cases including but not limited to:

  • Customer has already started using the subscribed services.
  • Customer changes their mind after purchasing the subscription.
  • Lack of usage of the software or mobile application.
  • Failure to cancel the subscription before the next billing cycle.
  • Any issue caused due to incorrect information provided by the customer.
  1. Service Suspension & Termination

TalentServ Sports Private Limited reserves the right to suspend or terminate services in case of:

  • Violation of applicable terms and conditions.
  • Misuse of the platform.
  • Non-payment of subscription fees.
