An invoice will be raised in accordance with your chosen payment frequency and you will have to pay within 7 days of the invoice date.

No. AcadWare billing only goes by the number of active players. You can add unlimited number of logins in the coach or administrator role.

No. Our software billing is simple & straight forward and has the player headcount as the unit of calculation. Any add-on costs are mentioned in the Add-on section above.

Even if you have multiple academies or multiple centers, the final billing will be based on the total number of active players in your academies.

No, because AcadWare application is cloud hosted sports App, the software infrastructure is scalable to handle any number of users.

Custom features are developed for our customers subject to the following conditions. You should have implemented the as-is version of AcadWare and should be our paying customer. Your requirements do not change the fundamental architecture/features of the app. This will be informed to you before the commercial implementation commences. There will be an additional cost of customization that will be conveyed to you

As of the payment due date, the headcount of active users is checked on the system. Based on this number the tranche for payment is decided and the invoice is accordingly raised.

We customize assessment reports based on customer requirement at an additional cost of INR 15,000 per report.

We are currently integrated with Instamojo and CCAvenue. If you have a Payment Gateway other than these two, there may be a nominal implementation charge of INR 15,000 that may be charged.

Yes we will integrate your existing Payment Gateway with AcadWare. If the gateway is anything other than Instamojo or CCAvenue and implementation charge of INR 15,000 will be levied.

Once you register you will get an API key, which you will provide to us. We will use the API key and activate your SMS messaging capabilities in AcadWare.
